Our rental program ensures piece of mind and saves you needing to find rental customers yourself. We use major villa rental companies who have huge advertising campaigns nationwide. Rental programs are an easily achievable way of off setting a large percentage of your mortgage. With a 20% deposit on most locations the property, if rented out for the entire summer season, could cost you very little to keep.
The most popular and successfully rented properties are three bedroom villas with private pools. The average weekly rent from April through to November is £500 per week. It is anticipated that a three bedroom villa with a private pool will rent for a minimum of 22 weeks.
 

Therefore 22 weeks x £500 = £11,000

You will need to instruct a property management company, it is best to stick with the management company recommended by your developer; ‘Knights of Rhodes’.

The management and rental company who will provide you with the following services:
 

  • Securing your rental contract for the summer season
  • Inspecting your property to ensure all your rental requirements are met
  • Handling all administration relating to rentals including bookings and arrivals
  • Compiling an inventory of your property at the start and end of season
  • Promptly informing you of any breakages or appliance wear and tear that occurs and organising replacement
  • Taking care of day to day issues such as key holding, bill paying and deliveries
  • Issuing detailed monthly income and expenditure accounts
  • Organising all rental house cleaning and pool cleaning and maintaining a pool log as required by Health and Safety regulations.
